No experience is required. Our beginner classes focus on fundamentals, safety, and building confidence before advancing to higher levels.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and if you have your own gloves or wraps, bring them along. Loaner equipment is available for new students.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts — especially if it’s your first time. This gives you time to check in, sign the waiver, get wrapped up, and warm up properly. Starting early helps you settle in and ensures you don’t miss important instructions at the beginning of class.

Yes. Free parking is available near the facility. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to find a spot and get settled before class.

Yes. All new members and trial participants must complete a short waiver for safety and insurance purposes. You can fill it out online or at the gym before your first class.
